LV Arts at the Park will be held at Stubby Park on S. 4th Street in Leavenworth, Kansas, Saturday, August 26th, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This year's theme, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" was inspired by featured artist, Angie Pickman, author of Merry Menagerie: Animal Antics from A to Z. Angie will display her own cut paper art and sign copies of her book.
