Illustrator Isabel Cristina Tejada Carrasco first started drawing characters and painting animals and nature as a youngster. The native of Panama earned a degree in animation from Nottingham Trent University in England and embraces the process of creating character for stories. The drawings in People Are Like . . . resemble soft, earthy sketches designed with enchanting colors. Isabel is inspired by the nature she encounters and the people she meets in everyday life.
